How do we get to a Circular Economy?

COVID-19 has shone a klieg light on the take-make-dispose consumer economy and revealed an ugly truth about consumerism: so much of what we buy is only relevant insofar as we meet other human beings in person. Otherwise, I can wear the same outfit for three weeks running.
I’ve been fascinated by the Circular Economy for years and have always asked, what will bring us to the tipping point of widescale adoption? The two main obstacles are Scale and Culture.
